In compliance with Google Play User Data Policies, GDPR, and KVKK regulations, users of Digital Scale ("Dijital Tartı") have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.
⚠️ Permanent Action: Deleting your account will permanently purge all your recorded meal photos, nutritional logs, weight history, daily calorie goals, and subscription associations. This action is irreversible.
You can delete your account using either of the following two simple methods:
1. Open the Digital Scale app on your device.
2. Navigate to the Profile (Profil) tab in the bottom bar.
3. Tap Edit Profile (Düzenle) or Account Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account (Hesabı Sil).
5. Confirm the deletion prompt. Your account and all data are deleted immediately.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can submit a deletion request via email:
Send an email from your registered account email to destek@dijitaltarti.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

In-app deletions are executed immediately. Email requests are verified and processed within 24 to 48 hours.
